Recensie
From the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC stable comes this fascinating exploration of strange rituals, unusual traditions, and eccentric behavior. Travelling to various exotic locations to provide some startling revelations on the behavioral patterns of fellow human beings, TABOO presents some eye-opening discoveries that have to be seen to be believed. Healing, birth, death, marriage, and travel are just a few of the topics that encourage a welter of bizarre and complex rituals for many communities, but none are as strange and fascinating as the one's presented here. Definitely not for the squeamish viewer, TABOO opens up a whole new world that most Westerners barely knew existed.
