Originally unleashed in 1973, Flying Teapot kicked off the eccentric Radio Gnome Invisible trilogy, introducing the wild, otherworldly universe of Gong. Here reside the Pot Head Pixies, space-faring creatures who ride interstellar teapots and transmit transcendent messages via Radio Gnome Invisible. At its core, the album is a surreal fusion of psychedelia, jazz improvisation, and anarchic humour, propelled by Daevid Allen’s visionary madness.
