Katy and her telekinetic powers are highly sought after by a global conspiracy who want to take over the world, and by the intergalactic warrior 'The Visitor', who possesses the same powers and knows they should be used for the good of mankind.

Both sides are concerned with carrying Katy's genes forward as they grapple with the fate of their universe, battling through multiple dimensions across space.
