Op de 8 Mile soundtrack is onder meer Eminem's wereldwijde hit 'Lose Yourself' te horen. Daarnaast zijn er verses te horen van namen als Jay-Z, Xzibit, Nas, Gang Star en de HipHop groep D12, gevormd rondom Eminem zelf.
