NITS are one of the most persistent, restless and at the same time most creative pop bands in Europe. Always uncompromising and innovative, the NITS know how to fuse rock, pop and jazz styles with a pinch of experimental music to create a homogeneous and catchy sound. In the meantime they have released 25 studio albums and played halfway around the world.
Since their debut album in 1978, NITS have been an indispensable fixture in Dutch and international pop music. Of course, a significant part of the band's impressive history is based on big hits like "In The Dutch Mountains", "J.O.S. Days", "Adieu Sweet Bahnhof" or "Nescio".
But the continuous development of the band has also contributed a lot to their national and international fame. Each album tells its own and new story, be it Ting or Les Nuits or their “triptych” Angst, Knot and NEON.

In 2024, the band is celebrating their 50th anniversary with a European tour and a new album. Six fresh-penned tracks are featured on the mini album Tree House Fire, with the central theme of the songs being the fire that completely destroyed the band's Amsterdam studio in 2022. This 10-inch is available as a limited edition of 500 individually numbered copies on flaming coloured vinyl and includes a 4-page booklet.
