Split Enz present 'Enzyclopedia', a new series exploring the enduring musical legacy of one of New Zealand's most influential and innovative groups. 'Enzyclopedia Volumes One & Two' marks 50 years since the release of the band's debut album 'Mental Notes' with a deluxe 5-CD boxset compiled in collaboration with the band.

Disc one features 'Mental Notes' (1975), the band's bold and theatrical debut album, newly remastered from transfers of the original master tapes. Disc two presents Eddie Rayner's dynamic new stereo mixes of 'Second Thoughts' (1976), the UK-recorded follow up which set the stage for their international breakthrough. The third disc includes a remastered version of the album's original stereo mix.

Disc four features 'The Beginning Of The Enz', a collection of the band's formative singles. The set concludes with 'Wide Angle Enz' on disc five - a trove of previously unreleased and rare material, including newly remixed live recordings from the band's 1975 Ormond Hall show, and rough mixes from the making of 'Second Thoughts' recently uncovered in the Chrysalis archives.
