These interviews with Jimi Hendrix include commentary from drummer Mitch Mitchell and bassist Noel Redding -- the two members of his best-known band, the Experience -- as well as his engineer and producer Eddie Kramer. There are also comments from other important figures of the period, such as the jazz trumpeter Miles Davis, with whom Hendrix had planned to work, the music promoter Bill Graham, and Rolling Stones Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, all of whom provide background and insight into the heady atmosphere of the '60s.
